We are an established childcare provider that has been offering the very best standards of childcare for more than 20 years.
The nursery is spread over a large semi–detached house where children are divided into 5 classrooms according to age. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum using age appropriate activities and equipment. The emphasis in all our rooms is learning through play starting with our babies right up to our pre-schoolers. 1 Apotheek
We are registered by Ofsted for the daytime care of 55 children and the overnight care of 25 children aged from 3 months.
We now provide breakfast and an After School Club.
Our established and dedicated team of qualified nursery nurses are committed to providing a warm, happy environment where children can develop their individuality and potential. We will always look to improve wherever and whenever we can and thus we actively encourage parents and carers to become involved and are always open to ideas and suggestions. We seek to work in partnership with parents and together with regular staff training, strive to ensure continuous improvement in standards and facilities for the benefit of our children.
We provide a cereal breakfast between 8.00am and 9.00am followed by a cooked lunch at noon and a light tea at 4.00pm. Snacks are given midmorning and drinks are available all day. A separate vegetarian or specialist meal is also available if required.
All food at Bay Tree House is cooked fresh on the premises and our cook endeavours to make sure the children eat a healthy well balanced diet every day.
For babies at different stages of the weaning process suitable foods are cooked daily and pureed. We ask that parents provide formula milk which the staff prepare when needed.
A monthly newsletter keeps parents fully informed of any developments within the nursery and bi-annual parents evening are held for parents to meet staff and discuss their children’s progress. An annual open evening is also held for parents and prospective parents and copies of our policies are always available for parents upon request.
